Duty List #1 (outside)

Associate Instructions: The tasks below should begin at the start of one’s shift. Assignment is based on what’s noted on the store’s weekly schedule, either duty list 1,2 or 3, or some combination. All tasks should be interrupted to acknowledge and help a customer. The Team Leader will spot check tasks near the end of a shift to verify completion and quality. If time doesn’t permit the completion of all tasks then give priority to those tasked noted with an “(”.

Team Leader Instructions: Team Leaders should date the columns at the top, check off the tasks completed as associates report in or as tasks are inspected, and initial the day’s column at the end of the shift.

Split List: If the duty lists are split between only two persons, then assign duty list #1 to one associate and duty list #2 to the other. Split this list into two sections as determined by the manager or team Leader.
