Q: Whom do I call for help?

A: If the problem is PC Related like “Wont Start Up”, “Very Slow”, “Reboots all the time”, “Locks Up, requires reboot”, ”Virus”, ”IE Pop ups or spyware”, etc… it should start with your local mco computer specialist.

If the problem is a software bug, use the feedback button in ARMS or contact your repair analyst.

Q: Why can’t I just call the programmers?

A: It’s not that you cant speak with them, but remember, they are busy trying to enhance our software and every minute they are on the phone, keeps them from your suggestions, future enhancement or fixing reported bugs.

Q: I get SQL or “Page Cannot Be Displayed” error messages
