CONDITIONS The decision of the Judges on all matters connected with the Gymkhana and Pony
Show will be absolutely final, and no appeals will be entertained. Competitors enter entirely at
their own risk, and the Committee take no responsibility for mishaps or accidents to any person or persons, vehicles or horses on the field or Show Ground. All riders must wear approved headwear
when mounted. All dogs on leads. Strictly no galloping or trotting of horses outside designated
areas. The Hon. Veterinary Surgeon will be in attendance or on call. Although the time-table
will be adhered to as closely as possible, the Committee reserve the right to make any alterations necessary.
