Overview of the Report Wizard

The WellComm Report Wizard is a secure online tool that enables the user to quickly and accurately calculate scores. This improves the accuracy of scoring over scoring by hand.

In addition, the Report Wizard tracks progress and produces a variety of customisable reports. The reports can include the user's own interpretations and comments. The individual reports signpost targeted interventions (found in the Big Book of Ideas) to suit each child's personal profile.

The information can be exported as a finalised report, including the user's organisational logo (PDF), or in a format that allows further data analysis (CSV).

These reports currently include:

The data from these reports will be stored for 8 years before being automatically deleted.

How to log in

To login to the Report Wizard secure website, go to .

Save this page under `Favourites' or `Bookmarks' for easy access.

? Enter your email address and password, as supplied by GL Assessment;

? select Login.

? Once you have logged in you will be asked to change your password. Please note that if you have been transferred from Testwise then your temporary password will be your customer ID number.

Change your password

? Confirm your current password (as supplied by GL Assessment);

? type in your new password (following the password requirements below). Retype your password;

? select Update.

You will then be taken to the Welcome page, which contains the Terms of Service for the WellComm Report Wizard. In order to use the service, you will need to agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them and then select I agree at the bottom of the page if you wish to proceed. If you select I disagree, you will be logged out of the service.

Password requirements

Must be 8 or more characters long

Must contain both lower and upper case letters

Must contain at least 1 digit or special character, such as ()!^&*+#?

Must not contain all or part of your name, address or any researchable term that could easily be guessed (such as a birthday, a partner's name or a job function)

Must avoid simple substitutions (such as 1 for i, 0 for O, 5 for s) and obvious combinations and sequences (such as 1234abcd, p4s5w0rd)

Must score `strong' or `strongest' on the `Password Strength' indicator bar to be accepted

How to navigate the Report Wizard

Once you have entered the site, you will see the main menu with the following buttons:

How to modify setting contact details and add a logo

? From the home page, select the Modify contact details button.

? Update your contact details

? Update your organisations details.

? Add your organisation's logo so it is included on every report (more details below).

To upload your organisation's logo and edit contact details:

A logo can be uploaded to the platform, which will automatically be included within all your organisation's reports. Please note, only the main contact for the account can upload logos.

Note: Only JPEGs/GIFs/PNGs (recommended ratio width 6 by height 4) can be uploaded.

? From the Report Wizard home page, select Modify contact details;

? select Edit your organisation's details;

? select browse and then choose the appropriate file;

? select Submit.

To return to the main menu, simply click on the `Home' icon in the top right-hand corner.

Note: You will be logged out of the Report Wizard after 30 minutes of inactivity. Please be aware of this time limit and regularly save any ongoing work.
