EXHIBIT INFO: FLASCO is inviting you to exhibit. We are expecting 100-125 attendees at Great Strides Together and 50-75 attendees during Rapid Integration. The cost is $1,500 to exhibit both days for companies with the exception of FLASCO Corporate Members. Please see the exhibit fee schedule below. We ask that you complete the Application to Exhibit PDF by May 1, 2020.

REGISTRATION & MEALS FEES:

Diamond Elite: Complimentary Exhibit – includes (1) 6’exhibit table, (2) chairs and (3) representatives attend all sessions and meals for both Friday and Saturday.

Diamond: Reduced exhibit Fee of $500 for 1 day and $750 for 2 days – includes (1) 6’exhibit table, (2) chairs and (2) representatives attend all sessions and meals.

Platinum: Reduced exhibit Fee of $750 for 1 day and $1,125 for 2 days – includes (1) 6’exhibit table, (2) chairs and (2) representatives attend all sessions and meals.

Gold: Reduced exhibit Fee of $850 for 1 day and $1,275 for 2 days – includes (1) 6’exhibit table, (2) chairs and (2) representatives attend all sessions and meals.

All other Exhibitors: $1,000 Exhibit Fee for 1 day and $1,500 for 2 days – includes (1) 6’exhibit table, (2) chairs and (2) representatives attend all sessions and meals.

**Additional Representatives: $25 for each additional representative over 2. *If not exhibiting registration fee is $50/per person. All Corporate Members and Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to attend Breakfast and Lunch on Friday and Saturday.

EXHIBIT – Please complete the Exhibit Reply PDF and return it to the FLASCO office. Please let us know if we should expect payment by check or mark credit card and an invoice will be emailed to the contact provided on the exhibit form with instructions on how to pay using the PayPal website. **Attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibitors with a game card and periodic drawings.**

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Attendees are asked to be responsible for making their own hotel reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Residence Inn Tampa @ USF Medical Center – 13420 Telecom Parkway North, Tampa, FL 33637. Please contact the hotel directly if room arrangements are required: 813-972-4400 and request a reservation under the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology room block. Special sleeping room rates have been extended to FLASCO at the rate of $139 (does not include taxes and other hotel fees). Deadline: The hotel has requested that all room reservations be made prior to May 1, 2020. After that date reservations will only be accepted on a space and rate-available basis. Shipping: If you would like to have items shipped and you are staying at the Marriott, they have requested your name be on the label and for you to receive your package at the front desk.
