Below is our matrix for use by house-builders in determining cost for any given development. This is to be used as a guide only, and a formal quotation can be provided without obligation. We have tried to provide the most constructive and competitive pricing possible, and naturally can provide further reductions when large volumes of cleaning for new build housing is requested.

The matrix uses the principle of a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom etc. layout, and obviously will not cover every possible style or layout of new-build, although we're here to help with any specific requests or queries.

Wet Extraction Carpet Cleaning is also available, and is charged at a set price of ?35.00 per area (lounge, dining room, bedroom etc.), with a hall, stairs & landing classed as one area.

Spot Cleaning is charged separately, and is usually charged at ?10.00 Per Mark

Prices are subject to change, and notification will be provided in advance of any changes. Prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate. This is to be used as a guide and a formal price will be provided before any agreement is made and before any works commence.
