Autism Residential Programs

Alpine House Provo, UT 801-373-9042 The Alpine House is a transitional home that helps adults (18-50) with cognitive disabilities. The Home helps individuals learn skills to effectively participate in their community.

Copper Hills Youth Center West Jordan, UT 801-561-3377 Copper Hills Youth Center is a 126-bed private adolescent residential treatment center for teenagers 12 ? 17 years of age. Programs and services offered include: boys residential treatment, girls residential treatment, day treatment and Arches ? a program for individuals with ASD.

CTA Community Supports Murray, UT 84107 801-268-4887 CTA is dedicated to providing quality supports for people with autism and their families. Their residential supports program provides each person support on a 24-hour basis. Typically people in this program live with one to three other roommates and CTA staffs and manages each of these homes.

Deseret Villages Spanish Fork, UT 801-372-8129 Deseret Villages is an assisted living home that is designed to cater to the needs of female adults with intellectual disabilities. All candidates for admission must be at least 18 years of age, physically self-sufficient, and able to perform useful work. Volunteers can help residents play games, do crafts, and do other activities.

Lindon Care and Training Lindon, UT 801-785-2179 Lindon Care and Training is a residential facility for individuals who have cognitive impairments.

Housing Authority of Utah County Provo, UT 801-373-8333, The Neighborhood Housing Authority provides housing units for people with disabilities, the elderly, and families with low incomes.

RAH ? Recreation and Habilitation Services Provo, UT 801-374-8074 RAH is a private, nonprofit organization that serves individuals with disabilities. RAH's mission is to provide citizens with developmental disabilities with training to help them function effective in society.

TURN Community Services Salt Lake County 866-359-8876, Utah County 801-343-3900, Washington County 435-586-1128 TURN offers residential group homes, day services, and family support/respite.

Utah State Developmental Center American Fork, UT 801-763-4000 The Utah State Developmental Center (USDC) is a statewide Resource Center for People with Disabilities, which promotes opportunity through choice and outcome based support. The USDC is a state-operated center that provides 24-hour residential and an active treatment environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Work Activity Center West Valley City, UT 84119 801-977-9779 The Work Activity Center is part of a growing network of agencies, businesses, and individuals. They help people with disabilities become more active and independent members of the community with residential homes and life skill development.
