“Hold for Driveline – Soda” Fulfillment bag

This bag was shipped to the store in the 3/17 fulfillment box. The bag will contain a planogram, planogram notes, price strips, blank price strips and NEW item

stickers. The tracking information for this shipment to the store is indicated on your work order for this project.

If the “Hold for Driveline” kit cannot be located after the tracking information from your work order has been reviewed with the manager, STOP NOW & report

accordingly. A revisit will be scheduled.

Special Pepsi Labels

Ask the manager for the Soda price labels which were uploaded to the store on 4/3. Stores were to print this file of price labels and hold them for Driveline.

If the store did not receive or cannot print this file, CONTINUE with this reset and advise the manager to place the price labels when they are available.

New Soda Product

The new product for the Soda Reset should have been delivered to the store by the local DSD Vendor (Pepsi, Coke, and/or Dr Pepper). The product will be located in the

stockroom.

If the new product cannot be located, CONTINUE with this project. Advise the manager the DSD Vendor will be responsible to replace the new product during their next

visit to the store.

Cleaning Supplies and Paper Towels

Advise the MOD that you will be cleaning the shelves during the reset & ask them for cleaning supplies.

Step #2 – Confirm Planogram Size is correct for the store

Work with the MOD to confirm the Planogram received in the bag is the correct size for the store.

Count the number of 4ft sections currently being used for Soda (Coke, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Clover Valley, ect). This does NOT include water, non carbonated beverages, or

energy drinks.

[pic]

Refer to the Planogram which was received in the “Hold for Driveline” bag to confirm you received the correct materials for this store. Check the name of the

planogram in the upper left corner of the first page.

Example

The name of the planogram shown below is for a 20ft Soda section. The store should have five 4ft sections of Soda product based on the chart above.

[pic]

If the Planogram size received is not correct for the store, STOP NOW and report accordingly. A revisit will be scheduled and a new Planogram packet will be shipped.

Step #3 – Remove Discontinued product from the Soda Section

Pull the discontinued product and give it to the Manager on Duty. Advise them to scan the product with their HHT to determine price and placement information.

Do NOT place the discontinued product in shopping carts or baskets. If necessary, place the discontinued product in totes or boxes. Mark the totes or boxes and

advise the manager of their location in the store.

Step #4 – Reset Soda Planogram

Working one 4ft section at a time, remove the current price strips and replace them with the new price strips.

Adjust the product in each 4ft section per the new planogram. Wipe down the shelves with cleaner and paper towels as you go. There are no changes to the shelf

heights.

Pepsi Shelf and Signing

Pepsi is authorized to place their bottler product as they see fit on shelf #3 of the planogram. Starting from the left side of the planogram on shelf #3, Pepsi

product will vary up to the first Clover Valley item moving toward the right.

The “Just $1 Every Day!” signs which should already be on this shelf should be placed between the dryback labels in the price strips. Set the remaining Soda section

using the full planogram received in the fulfillment kit.

Brand Switchout Product

The planogram may show a space with the name “Brand Switchout”. The vendor will have product at the store based on what is carried in that area. The items indicated

on page #3 of the Planogram packet can be used in the Brand Switchout space of the planogram.

Glass Bottle Fixture

the shelf and report on your work order if the fixture is missing.

Place any overstock product from the reset in totes or boxes as directed by the manager. The store may also have a designated DSD vendor area for overstock Soda

Step #5 – Locate and Place New Product

Locate the new product in the stockroom.

The new Soda product was delivered to the store by the Coke and Pepsi vendors. Product was also sent through the Dollar General distribution centers. If you cannot

locate all of the new product advise the manager to place the remaining product when it arrives at the store then report accordingly.

Step #6: TAKE 1 Photo of the Completed Reset

Take (1) photo of the completed Soda section using a Digital Camera or Cell Phone. Ensure the photo shows the entire section. It may be necessary to take two photos

in order to show the beginning and end of the Soda area.

Upload digital photos to your work order.

At the end of your visit:
