1. Go to cnc.bc.ca, hover over Login and select CNC Connect
2. Click "Account/Password Info".
3. Enter your last name and student number then click "Find". If you do not know your student ID contact the College at 250-562-2131.
4. Your username will be displayed on this page ? write this down as you will need it to login in the future. Once you have taken note of your username, you can proceed with managing your password. ? If you receive an error message that says `Account Information not Found', contact the IT
Helpdesk at 250-561-5812 or helpdesk@cnc.bc.ca. ? If you are attempting to reset your password and the email address is not current, contact
the Office of the Registrar at 250-562-2131 to have your record updated.
