DAY 1 ARRIVE BEIJING

DAY 2 FORBIDDEN CITY, TIAN AN MEN SQUARE & SUMMER PALACE
Visit the Forbidden City, ancient residence of emperors and bastion of imperial power, forbidden to all but the highest nobility. The 250-acre palace contains more than 9,000 rooms. Closed to the common people for centuries, it was only opened to the public in 1949.Also visit Tian An Men Square-the largest square in the world, built to accommodate rallies of a million or more, and explore the Summer Palace, retreat of China’s royal families for over 2,000 years. DAY 3 GREAT WALL & MING TOMBS EXCURSION
The highlight of your stay in this ancient capital is a visit to the Great Wall. It is easy to see why the Great Wall, built 2.300 years ago and extending 3,750 miles, can be seen by the astronauts from space! Learn about Chinese Feng Shui while visiting the Ming Tombs area where 13 emperors of China’s last “Chinese” dynasty are buried. See many of the exquisite artifacts that were buried with them.
