Photoshop is suggested for editing your photo.

c) Submit Assignment.
Submit (A) by 10:00PM, Monday of the 2nd week of the semester. (We want to celebrate all student projects! However, if you don’t want to have your photo thumbnail/projects displayed on the Students page of the course website, please do let the instructor know. We will then assign you an alternative submission location. Thanks.)
(B) Download and install Revit (for Windows) on your laptop
(1) Login: (to receive Free Software for students)
(2) Install Revit 2023 (you may install from your browser, or download installation files from your browser, save the files in C: drive, run the #1 downloaded file, e.g. Revit_2023_G1_Win_64bit_dlm_001_005.sfx.exe)(complete installation and choose default location. Use your Autodesk Login/password or Product Key/Serial Number found in the downloading page to complete the activation process.)
(3) If needed, register Autodesk Revit using Autodesk User ID
Complete (B) by Friday.
(C) Prepare file storage devices
It is recommended that you have an external hard disk drive (e.g. 500GB) for backup of all your files. Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive can be used for backup too. Backup is very important when you work with computers. As a good strategy, always store your important files in at least two different places! (You don't need to bring your external hard disk drive to class.) It is also recommended that you use a USB drive (e.g. 4GB or more) for temporary backup and for transferring your files from your laptop to your external hard disk drive and/or lab computers.
Complete (C) by this weekend.
NOTE: I will communicate with you through your university email. Check your university email often, or forward it to your frequently used email. Use Subject line: “ARCH653 [and topic]” when writing email.
