Garage heater sizing - There are many variables (insulation values, temperature required, etc, etc...)

but, a good rule of thumb is 30 - 50 btu's per square foot of floor area. Note, costs don¡¯t rise dramatically

going to a larger size. If unsure, call and we'll help you figure what unit is best.

Example: 24' x 24' garage x 30 btu's/square foot = 17,280 btu's

24' x 24' garage x 50 btu's/square foot = 28,800 btu's

on unit sizes 30 - 125 Reznor has a close ceiling suspension kit - $38.00

on unit sizes 30 - 400 Reznor has a 2-point hanger kit (changes hanging from 3/8" rod to 1" pipe) - $20.00

IMPORTANT

All units ship via truck, the units are shipped (FOB) the factory, this means once the unit hits the truck it's

yours. When you receive the unit you will have to sign the "bill of lading" REGARDLESS OF DAMAGE,

RECEIVE THE UNIT, BUT, RECORD THE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If the pallett is damaged, record

it, if the box is damaged or shrink rap is torn, report it, if the box is rattling like a box of broken glass,

record it! If you don't record the damage we cannot help you. If there is damage, call us after you have

received the unit and we will work to resolve the problem
