Immediate preschool application access on the RPS website; Completing the full application online from a computer; The ability to print completed information before sending; Prompts to assist in completing all required entries before enabling

submission; Ability to securely submit an application with authorization to process; Immediate confirmation of application submission with next step information; A directory of telephone numbers, email and mailing addresses for registration

and technical support.

Families will request an appointment to review and sign their application, and bring eligibility documents to a screening site

Applications are screened with families at the following sites

Blackwell Preschool Center Maymont Preschool Center

Norrell Preschool Center Richmond Technical Center South

Families are to call Mondays and Tuesdays 9am to Noon for appointment

Applications are considered complete upon parent's signature with approved documents

Applicant will receive a copy of their registration Screening Checklist confirming registration completion status
