Scenario 1

You are called to assist with victims at the scene of a gunfight that broke out in a crowded marketplace. (17 victims)

Entry bullet wound noted anterior left shoulder. No exit wound found for bullet

No sensation in left arm, slight movement in fingers, weak pulse at left wrist
