Neighborhood Trust seeks a Chief Business Development Officer to join our Executive Team and play a vital role in our growth as a financial services social venture. The Officer will be responsible for some of Neighborhood Trust's most visible and most innovative enterprises, including The Employer Solution ().

The Officer will report to the CEO and work closely with our COO, Chief Program Officer, and Board of Directors. He or she will be responsible for leading our Business Development team and continuing to strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation at Neighborhood Trust. As a member of a tight-knit Executive Team, the Officer will also share responsibility for organizational leadership, strategic planning, and critical talent decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS The Chief Business Development Officer will hold a leadership role that is strategically critical to the future of Neighborhood Trust. As such, the successful candidate will demonstrate all of the following:

- Track record of successfully building and managing a growing team and business. - Excellent generalist business skills, from marketing to financial modeling to strategy. - Meaningful work experience in an entrepreneurial environment. - Drive to bring novel ideas to life, from concept to plan to implementation and evaluation. - Superb leadership and work product in the face of ambiguity. - Experience with consumer financial products and services desirable. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Commitment to empowering low-income individuals via socially responsible financial services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the organization's business development strategy. Identifying and executing on opportunities to commercialize our work, generate earned revenue, and build sustainable business lines.

Oversee The Employer Solution, our most prominent social purpose venture. Establish and managing strategic business development partnerships. Manage -5 person team, including sales and relationship management. Manage the Business Development budget and financial plan. Represent Neighborhood Trust to outside constituents (e.g. board, funders, customers, strategic

partners). Participate in fundraising efforts.
