The abstract may have a length of up to 6 lines. The word ‘Abstract’ is not needed at the beginning of the abstract. This template provides a format for authors to prepare their proposals. The template uses A4 paper with 2.54 cm top and bottom margins, 1.91 cm left and right margins. Times New Roman Family Fonts (including normal, italic and boldface fonts) are used, size 12 point for title, 11 point for abstract, normal text, and table/figure title, 10 point for quotation and reference. Paragraphs are laid out in left-right alignment without the first line indent, having 1.2 times the normal line spacing as the line spacing; references are listed with 0.51 cm hanging indent. Moreover, a 6 pt space after paragraphs is automatically inserted, which means that you do not need double returns between paragraphs. Quotes shorter than two lines are normally included within the text, inside quotation marks. For longer quotations, use the following style (with 0.51 cm left indent).Quotations (more than two lines) can be laid out with 10 point font and with 0.51 cm left indent. If you wish, you can also use this style for other text that you want to display without using a table. What you must not do, however, is use this size font for the whole paper!Tables and figures do not spread outside the margins of the page and should be labelled below. For example,Conference YearNumber of good tablesNumber of bad tables2002221820034536Table 1: Titles of tables, figures, diagramsUsing this document (sub-heading, using 11 point times new roman boldface font) The easiest way to use this document is to keep a copy of this original template (since it contains all the instructions) and then save a copy of this file using the intended filename for your proposal. Files must be saved and uploaded in word-format (docx) and in pdf-format. Filenames should indicate the selected TSG and the name of the presenting author: A proposal for TSG 52 by Dufus (presenter) and Smith should have the filename TSG52_Po_dufus.pdf (‘Po’ stands for ‘Poster’, and _ is an underscore).
