SUPER BOWL SUNDAY- High Attendance days can be anxious days as we work, pray and set goals. Super Bowl Sunday--Feb.6, 2011 turned out to be an awesome day with an outstanding attendance of 216. Some have said, "wouldn't it be great if we could have that many people in Bible Study every Sunday"? Yes! It surely would, and I honestly believe we could if our outreach efforts were more consistent. When God's people make reaching others a priority, He blesses our efforts with astounding results! Let's strive to move forward with an "intentional" passion to reach others.

FIND IT HERE--2011 is a continuation of last year's efforts to share the love of Jesus Christ throughout our community. This year's emphasis is designed to be more personalized. Are you serious about wanting your friends and family to come to Christ? The commitment is to fast and pray for three lost friends or family members for 21 days. At the end of 21 days you will be given a booklet containing John/Romans to deliver to the three individuals you have been praying for and invite them to our Easter services. Below are the special dates for our FIND IT HERE emphasis:

*March 13th ?receive Commitment Card *March 20th ? turn in Commitment Card *March 21--April 10th -- (21 days of prayer and fasting) *April 10--24th ? Distribute scriptures and invite to Easter services *April 24th-- Easter Sunday

Our Annie Armstrong North American Missions emphasis is just around the corner. Our goal again this year is $1200.oo. We will collect this offering during the month of March with the special focus offering on Sunday ? March 13th. Also on March 13th, we welcome a husband and wife duo--The Rainey's, who will be bringing our special music in our morning worship. We will take a special love offering for the Rainey's ministries at the end of the service.

This year's Annie Armstrong theme is `START HERE'. Listen to this heart prayer and see if you can identify with it!

"Lord, reaching North America with the gospel seems an almost impossible task. I don't know how or where to start. START HERE! Here? Why are you pointing to my heart? Lord, I do love You.
