The Crowne Plaza O'Hare is the premier conference and meeting hotel located in Rosemont, just 1.5 miles from O'Hare International Airport. We've established four cornerstones of service to give you the best possible assistance.

1. Two-Hour Response Guarantee: Contact us Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm CST and we will respond to you within two hours, guaranteed. We will confirm your inquiry and requested information, and furnish your contact person's name. We'll also get back to you within 24 hours with a completed proposal.

2. C rowne Meetings Director: You will have access to an experienced meeting professional, as your single point of contact, who will assist with every aspect of you meeting. Simply contact your Meetings Director. Prior to your meeting, we can arrange a Welcome Meeting to discuss your event in greater detail, and personally take you on the tour of our hotel.

3. Daily Meeting Debrief: At the end of every day, we'll present an itemized accounting of your bill so you can quickly track and manage your expenditures. Special requests for the following day can also be discussed at this time so your meeting can run on budget and on schedule.

4. A/V Packages: Speakers, microphones, plasma monitors, projectors, even lighting and draping are thoughtfully packaged for cost effectiveness and convenience. We also have an on-site A/V specialist to ensure equipment works seamlessly and sounds perfect.
