SUMMER FUN AT MB FINANCIAL PARK AT ROSEMONT

Enjoy Free Summer Concert Series, Fireworks Displays, Fitness Classes and Outdoor Games at MB Financial Park

ROSEMONT, Ill. ? MB Financial Park at Rosemont (5501 Park Place) has an exciting lineup of fun, free events this summer. Summer programming includes the Rockin' in the Park summer concert series featuring different bands and breathtaking fireworks displays every week from May 24 through September 6, outdoor Summer Fitness in the Park exercise classes beginning May 31 and MB Financial Park Open Bags Night starting June 1.

MB Financial Park kicks off the summer season with the Rockin' in the Park summer concert series features the music of classic cover bands, food and beverage tents on the park's great lawn and a musical fireworks display after every show. The weekly concert series is scheduled to begin with a Hawaiian-themed pub crawl and concert Sunday, May 24. The concerts will continue every Thursday evening from May 28 through September 3. MB Financial Park at Rosemont will team up with Rosemont Health and Fitness again this year for Summer Fitness in the Park. The series features free outdoor yoga classes every Sunday from May 31 through September 27, weather permitting. Julie Penn of Rosemont Health and Fitness and will lead the classes from 10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. The classes are multi-level and open to everyone, from kids to experienced yoga practitioners. Yoga mats will not be provided; guests should bring their own.

Free outdoor Zumba classes will also be offered as part of Summer Fitness in the Park on Wednesday evenings from June 3 through September 30 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each week, two instructors will lead the exciting and invigorating classes from a stage in the middle of the park.

Parking is free with validation for anyone attending a Summer Fitness in the Park class. All fitness classes are weather permitting. Guests can visit for scheduling updates.

MB Financial Open Bags Night offers a first-come, first-served opportunity for an evening of good-natured competition in the open air every Monday between June 1 and September 28 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Bags equipment is provided for guests who bring a photo ID.
