• Provide face to face direct patient care to patients on anticoagulant medications in a pharmacy-managed clinic using the Anticoagulation Clinic Protocol.

• Key content expert for creation of Direct Oral Anticoagulants Clinical Care Guideline (2016) and for a DOAC monitoring pilot program.

• Since 2015, serve as the CLIA director for the point of care INR testing services for ATC.

• Oversee the scheduling of the pharmacist POCT proficiency testing and quarterly controls.

• Update the Antithrombosis Therapy Management Protocol (2016) and the Outpatient Anticoagulation Therapy Dispensing Protocol (2016).

• Oversee the ATC Powernote structure and continued maintenance in Cerner.

Program has been expanded to include participants from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, Philippines, and Turkey. Coordinating their class schedule and experiences for a month-long immersion into the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy to give them more exposure to clinical pharmacy training in the US. July 2014 Lecturer, Clinical Pharmacy Service and Education Programs Development- A course for pharmacy directors from Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang China. Provided 1 hour live lecture on “Development of an Antithrombotic Clinic” to 20 pharmacy directors visiting from China. Course repeated in October 2014.
