I controlled the master schedule of the key production products within factory, the rough cut capacity planning of the sales forecast through the key facilities and the detailed scheduling of the rough-cut master schedule through individual work centres. Forecasting the production of key products against projected sales and monitoring the usage of raw materials. Informing suppliers of our projected requirements and expediting individual purchase orders to maintain satisfactory stock levels. Confirmation of dispatch dates in response to customer inquiries and informing them of any problem arising with their orders. Oversee and coordinate the movement of production lines and the allocation of overtime or extra personnel to satisfy sales order demand. Monitoring and expediting of work in process orders in conjunction with foremen and vetting manufacturing orders upon completion. Informing dispatch of forthcoming customer shipments to enable them to arrange suitable transport.
