There are many reasons for becoming an RPS Retail Producer!

? Broad base of market relationships ? Both contract binding and brokerage ? Experienced and dedicated staff ? RPS national network of markets/products It's a simple and hassle-free online process that will take only a few minutes to complete! This brochure will help you navigate the 5 steps involved in the process.

To begin the process, visit the main home page at and click on the "Login/Register" link on the right side of the home page banner. Next click on "Start doing business with RPS." New Registration: You will be taken to the first step in the registration process. Simply enter all of the data in the provided fields and hit the continue button at the bottom. You will be taken to the next screen.

Note: Before beginning the registration process you will want to have image or pdf - formatted copies of your:

? W-9 form ? License ? E&O

Step 1 of 5: General Office Information/E&O Information

On this screen you will enter your basic agency information. You will also upload images of your W-9 Form and E&O COI.

You will also indicate your Preferred RPS Location (i.e., RPS Houston) or Representative (your RPS Underwriter/Broker).

Please note, RPS does not accept self-insured E&O and requires $1M per claim limit of liability for appointment.

If you are part of a specific association/group, select it from the Membership Entry drop-down.

Step 2 of 5: Agency Licenses

On this screen you will enter your Resident Agency License information. You will also upload images of your licenses.

If applicable, you can upload images of any nonresident licenses.

Step 3 of 5: Contacts

On this screen you will enter individual contact information. You also have the option of uploading individual images of licenses, if applicable.

To add additional contacts, click on: "Add another Contact"

Step 5 of 5: Customer Care Review

Information & Final Agreement

On this screen you will be creating a digitally signed copy of the RPS Retail Producer agreement.

Once your online appointment application is successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation like the one below. One of our Customer Care Associates will now review your submittal to ensure you meet RPS criteria for appointment.

You must select your authorized title from the drop-down.

Upon filling out this page, you are electronically signing to agree to the RPS terms and agreements.
