SHOULD I PURCHASE AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR A TRUST?

To purchase a silencer, your dealer will legally transfer the silencer to you with approval from the BATFE. You will need to decide if you want to purchase as an individual or through an NFA trust. An individual gives you, the individual, full ownership of the silencer. An NFA trust gives you, the trust owner, and trustees (responsible persons) ownership of the silencer.
