Description of Prizes: Prize levels Grand through 6th plus the Fast Entry Prize will offer a variety of prize choices, (e.g.,

travel, hunts, firearms, firearm accessories, vehicles, merchandise, gift certificates, etc.), which may vary in each creative

presentation. These prize winners only may choose any prize offered at level won. Prize choice values at a given level will

approximately be the same. 7th and 8th prize winners will offer a variety of merchandise/gear at Sponsor¡¯s sole discretion and

subject to current availability. The actual prize awarded will be selected by the Sponsor from among those offered and may

not be the one featured elsewhere in this announcement. Limit: one prize per household. Odds of winning depend on the total

number of eligible entries received, estimated at: 1:300,000 for Grand through 3rd prize; 1:150,000 for a 4th Prize; 1:100,000

for a 5th Prize; 1:60,000 for a 6th Prize; 1:12,000 for a 7th Prize; 1:4,000 for an 8th Prize; & 1:300,000 for the Fast Entry Prize.

Additional prize details: Any prize trip or hunt includes: round-trip coach airfare for winner only to/from a major commercial

airport nearest winner¡¯s primary residence & accommodations. Winner is responsible for any incidental charges not mentioned

herein. Actual value of trip or hunt depends on location of winner & airfares at time of departure. Winner must travel on dates

specified by Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates/restrictions apply. Winner must obtain proper documentation

(e.g., valid photo ID, hunting license, tags, etc.) prior to prize award or travel. Any vehicle winner must have a valid U.S. driver¡¯s

license & provide proof of vehicle insurance before prize is awarded. Vehicle will be delivered to dealership closest to winner.

All winners are responsible for any applicable expenses not expressly stated in offer, including federal, state & local income

& sales taxes, insurance, licensing, registration & title fees, any options not included & expenses associated with claiming or

picking up prizes. Any firearm prize winner must conform to all local, state & federal regulations as applicable & must make

arrangements for delivery of firearms with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealers as required by State & Federal

law. Any winner whose potential selection to win a firearm prize would otherwise be in violation of federal, state, or local law

will receive an alternate prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If for any reason whatsoever, a

firearm prize winner is not able to accept the prize due to reasons such as, but not limited to physical impairment, mental

disability, etc., he/she will receive an alternate prize at Sponsor¡¯s discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchange or

transferable, except at Sponsor¡¯s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater

value if any prize or any portion thereof is unavailable. Winners acknowledge Sponsor & all other businesses concerned with

this Sweepstakes & their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed

or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that the

prize shall be subject to manufacturer¡¯s stated warranty.

WINNER SELECTION & WINNERS¡¯ RESPONSIBILITIES: Random drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final & binding

in all respects. Random drawings for all prizes (including the Fast Entry Prize) will be conducted on or about 8/15/22. Potential winners will be notified by mail, overnight courier

&/or email. Three attempts will be made to contact potential winners within a 14-day period. If a potential winner fails to respond within 14 days, or if notification attempts are

consistently returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified & an alternate selected. In order to receive a prize (at the discretion of the judges), potential

winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability which must be signed & returned (along with any other documentation the Sponsor

reasonably requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to providing proof of identity) within 14 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected

in a separate random drawing. Prizes awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability; Sponsor is not responsible for such

delays. Winners of any prize valued at $600 or more will be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number to Sponsor or Sponsor¡¯s agent for tax reporting purposes prior

to the awarding & fulfillment of any prize. State & local laws, restrictions & regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. If a prize is

not picked up within 30 days of required date, winner bears risk of loss or damage. After 30 days, prize is considered forfeited & an alternate winner will be selected at random.

RELEASE: By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees to be bound by these rules & decisions of Sponsor & its judges. By accepting the prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor,

its independent judging organization, prize donors & any entity connected with this Sweepstakes accept no responsibility or liability in connection with losses or damages of

any kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder, including but not limited to personal injury or death. Except where
