To schedule a closing, please contact your Loan Coordinator. Closings cannot be

scheduled before a loan is approved.

"PTC" means "Prior to Closing". All PTC underwriting conditions must be cleared by

the underwriter prior to closing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Subordination Agreements must be pre-approved prior to closing.

When applicable, specific (not general) Powers of Attorney are required. This document requires approval by the Broker Closing Department prior to closing.

IRS W-9 forms are required for all borrowers.

IRS 4506-T must be signed by all borrowers at application and at closing, regardless of income source.

Provider of Services Addendum is required on all GFE's.
