The Dutch company is interested in commercial agreements with technical assistance with industrial partners.

Commercial cooperation is sought with operators/ original equipment manufacturers (OEM)

09. 13 ES 28G2 3SPJ TO Two public research organisations and a university from Spain have designed a device to measure the volume of body fluids of a patient, with the characteristic that the processes involved (flux measurement and emptying of the receptor) are fully automathised and require no human supervision. Additionally, no actuator is employed, thus no external energy is needed. Partners interested in a patent license are being sought.

Worldwide patent possible until May 2013 (via PCT). The company is looking for partners interested in further development to extend the mobile system for the communication process. It provides complete control of staff and environment conditions, bidirectional communication among workers and outside control unit and records any incident taking place. Licensing agreement is sought

12. 13 NL 60FI 3SKT TO Large scale fish production requires synchronisation of reproduction and independent of the seasons. Handling stress and peak concentrations of hormones resulting from frequent injections may be the most important reason to explain the failure to culture many fish species using this method. A Dutch university has patented a novel technology to synchronise breeding stock with respect to reproduction. A license agreement/joint further development with fish reproduction companies is sought.

13. 13 ES 28G2 3SCP TO A spanish research organization has developed a method to asses disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) based on measurement of phosphorylation status on a particular aminoacid of p38 protein. They have shown that this modification was higher in T cells (type of lymphocytes) from patients with active RA than in patients with RA in remission or in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Industrial partners focused on developing RA diagnostics are being sought to license the technology.

14. 13 ES 252K 3SHZ TO Three Spanish institutions have developed new "RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp)" or "OGP10-14 (Tyr-Gly-Phe-Gly-Gly)" nonpeptide mimetic materials capable to attach to the surface of biomaterials by a single _click_ chemical operation. The peptidomimetics bound in this way are stable and do not degrade under physiological conditions. They are particularly useful for medical devices, endosseous implants, or for tissue engineering applications. Companies for license agreement and further development are sought.

The API is open enough to allow the development of any additional functionality. The company is looking for partners interested in further development and integration of the application. 16. 13 GB 403U 3SNS TO A UK University has developed an advanced therapeutic dressing (drug loaded) that takes an active part in the wound healing process providing a faster, cost effective and potential complete healing of chronic ulcerated wounds than is currently possible. Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry partners with interests in advanced wound dressings are sought (joint development) i) to undertake in-vivo testing using suitable animal wound models and ii) for product prototyping for clinical trials

17. 13 ES 28G2 3SPI TO A Spanish research entity has designed a device measurement of ranges to determine physical properties omnidirectionally. The device is made of a LiDAR 2D sensor attached to a rotating horizontal platform, placed on a collector ring that allows a 360? continuous sweeping with only a half turn. The rotating movement of the platform makes 3D recording possible, thanks to the common rotating axis of the motor and the measurement sensor. Partners interested in a patent license are being sought.

18. 13 HU 5010 3SOO TO A novel proprietary assay suitable for both cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate) or cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) specific PDE activity measurement for in vitro determination of any PDE enzyme activity has been developed by a Hungarian university. The assay can be used to reliably measure PDE inhibitors in a wide range including simple water soluble components and also lipophilic compounds or natural extracts. Partners for licence agreement, and commercial cooperation are awaited.

19. 13 ES 28G2 3SPB TO A Spanish public research organisation has developed a method to characterize the color of materials/coatings with special effects, i.e. those whose appearance strongly depends on the angles of the incident and observation light. The technique allows estimating the color for any illumination/ observation geometry employing a small number of geometries reducing characterization time and the complexity of measuring instruments. Partners interested in a patent license are being sought.

20. 13 PL 63AX 3SLT TO A Polish company is specialized in production of dissolvers and mixers. The company has developed single-shaft dissolver based on simple construction in competitive price. The dissolver is applicable for dissolving and mixing liquids with liquids, liquids with powders. The advantages of this technology include high efficiency of production, easy and durable operation on site. The company is looking for partners for manufacturing agreement or commercial agreement with technical assistance.

21. 13 ES 28G2 3SPA TO A Spanish research entity and two Universities from USA and Switzerland have developed a device for energy harvesting. The device comprises a set of quantum dot nanostructures located between the contacts of an electrically connected cavity. The high degree of tunability of quantum dots allows optimal harvesting of the heat generated in the cavity. The simplicity of the designed structure eases its replication in a two-dimensional distribution. Partners interested in a patent licences are sought

The walker assures adequate stability to users with great motor limitations and makes possible its use for daily activities. Partners interested in a patent license are being sought.

23. 13 ES 28F8 3SCH TO A Spanish Research Organization has developed an innovative delignification method applicable to both chemical and enzyme bleaching processes (used in the manufacture of cellulose pulps) by the combination of pre-treatments for the swelling of the fibers of lignocellulosic material. This method overcomes problems such as the environmental pollution, the lack of selectivity and the high production costs of previous treatments. It seeks a company for license and technical agreement.

24. 13 GB 403U 3SNH TO A UK based SME has developed a novel test that allows the simultaneous detection and genotyping of 14 different high-risk HPV strains in a single-closed tube. It can be used for: risk estimation/management of persistent infections with a specific genotype; risk estimation/management in vaccinations; and epidemiological studies. They are seeking licensing and/or co-development partners.

25. 13 GB 4103 3SML TO A UK company has developed a specialist mirror coating which can be applied from an aerosol can, spray gun or airbrush onto metal, glass or plastic to give a highly reflective surface finish. The decorative water based coating is flexible, withstands extreme temperatures and does not block radio signals so can be used on a variety of objects or surfaces, including mobile phones, laptops, etc. Licensing, testing of new applications and commercial agreements with technical assistance are desired.

26. 13 NL 60AH 3SIL TO A Dutch university developed a method for the production of nanoparticles of a wide variety of metals, metal oxides and alloys. The technology enables to create small, clean, highly pure and active nanoparticles. The method is simple, robust, cheap and fast. The number of synthetic steps is minimized and no additional purification steps are needed. The university is seeking industrial partners interested in a licence agreement and joint further development.

27. 13 PL 62AQ 3S41 TO Research unit from North-East Poland developed a system for compensation of fundamental harmonic reactive power with regulated values and filtration of a few higher harmonic components (higher harmonic component) in a grid of medium and high voltage. The solution allows a compensation of fundamental harmonic reactive power on medium voltage level, using low voltage devices. The unit is interested in license agreement, technical cooperation, commercial agreement with technical assistance.

28. 13 LT 57AB 3SI9 TO An inventor together with Research Institute based in western part of Lithuania has created innovative reciprocal (longitudinal motion) electric power generator/motor. As a generator it may operate in all devices, where a mechanical motion of a linear or arched trajectory generates electrical energy (wave electro power-plants, electric cars...)Inventor together with research institute opens for license agreement, joint venture agreement or technical cooperation.

29. 13 GB 403U 3SNI TO A UK SME has developed a novel detection method which has multiple possible applications in medical diagnostics. The PCR method allows the detection of up to four targets in a single channel, using current standard instrumentation. This opens up the prospect of multiplex detection of far more targets in a single closed-tube reaction than the 4_6 currently possible. They are seeking companies and research organisations interested in co-developing this technology to novel applications.

30. 13 ES 28F8 3SDB TO A Spanish University from Madrid has developed an optical laser sensor which can remotely detect the presence of ice, water, snow and other substances on the surface of the road.Its working is not affected by maintenance works on the road and it can optionally be loaded on a vehicle.The collected information is essential to establish the treatment needs of the road and to detect risks (i.e. black ice). It seeks companies interested in developing and licensing this technology.

31. 13 ES 28G2 3SP3 TO A public research entity of Spain has developed a method of using the atomic force microscope (AFM) by exciting at least two modes of a cantilever and modulating their response in frequency modulation. The main mode is used to map the topography while the second mode is used to map nanomechanical properties by means of fractional computing. Partners interested in patent license and in developing the technology are being sought.

32. 13 NL 60FI 3SOQ TO A Dutch company offers a mild and selective innovative extraction technology for fragile phytochemicals with high-end applications. This extraction process offers possibilities similar to supercritical CO2-technology but under much milder conditions. The company is looking for partnerships with (tolling) manufactures in the field of niche phytochemicals. Different forms of cooperation are possible, such as granting manufacturing licenses, contract extraction or establishing a joint venture.

33. 13 ES 28G2 3SOD TO A public research organisation from Spain has developed a new family of Ionic Liquids with tiazole-like core structure, which possess high ionic conductivity, thermic & electrochemical stability, low viscosity and no inflammability. The new family can be easily prepared from economically commercial compounds, present a wide range of working temperatures, and could be used as electrolytes in energy storage devices.An energy company interested in a licence agreement is sought.

34. 13 IL 80ER 3SLH TO An Israeli SME offers a new technological process to treat & recycle organic wastes from chemical, pharmaceutical, refinery and any other industry using chemical processes. Advantages include minimal energy consumption, compliance with the most stringent regulations in the world and ability of on-line treating the organic waste products as they are formed (concerning place, time & concentration). Looking for technical cooperation, which would implement the offered technology.

36. 13 NL 60AH 3SLX TO A Dutch company developed an electrical in-wheel motor for electric transport applications. The drive combines a high speed motor with a gearbox, bearing and break assembly. It fits a car like the VW Lupo, but can easily be adapted to any kind of electrical passenger car, truck or bus. The Dutch partner is open to different types of cooperation, like a licence agreement, technical cooperation and joint venture agreements to further develop and implement the proposed technology.

37. 13 RU 86FG 3SOW TO An R&D institute from Novosibirsk, Russia, developed a multipurpose multiport unit for conversion of data packages between RS 485 interfaces in Ethernet 10/100, for building data transmission systems with optic communication channels, operating as active amplifier and splitter of fiber optic networks, to be used on surface and in mines hazardous by gas and coal dust. The institute seeks partners for technical cooperation and commercial agreements with technical assistance.

38. 13 GB 4803 3SFI TO A company based in Wales is looking for companies to sub-licence a range of cleaning and coating technologies. The company has a licence to sell and distribute the technologies in Europe. The technology can be used to treat concrete, steel and other structures that have developed cracks and fracturing. The technology is also particularly useful for sealing structures with close contact with water.

Creating personally structured programs and diagnostics allows the team to direct their resources more effectively. The tool is a global SaaS service and can be set up and run from and in any location. The company is looking especially for service integrators operating in the health care sector for commercial coop.

Already working on different pollutions, they have significant results on first tests made on contaminated soils of the Fukushima region in Japan.
