AUTHOR GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

 

Dear colleagues:

We would like to remind you that the Organizing Committe reserves the right to refuse publication of papers which do not comply with the guidelines below:

• Text Editor: Microsoft Word

• Font: Times New Roman, Size 12

• 1,5 spaced lines

• Paper length: 4-7 pages

• Margins:

  Paper size: А4 (8.3 х 11.7 in.)

  Margins: 0.8 in. for the top and bottom margins and 1.2 in. for the left and right

TITLE

Capitalized.

Bold Font.

Centered between the margins.

Author’s Surname(s) and Initials

Bold Font.

If there are two or more authors: Petrov О.P., Casas J.M.

Centered between margins.

Workplace

Centered between the margins.

COUNTRY

Capitalized.

Centered between the margins.

Text

Font size: 12. 1,5 spaced lines. Indent the first sentence of the each paragraph 0,4 in. Text alignment: justified. Number section and subsection titles (Roman numbers).

·         Tables

Tables editor: Microsoft Word. Centered between margins.

Table Font: Times New Roman. Size:11. 1 spaced lines.

·         Figures and images

Figures and images are prohibited.

·         Page numbering

Place numbers on the bottom right corner (from number 1).

·         Footnotes

Footnotes editor: Microsoft Word. Please, use the automatic function in Microsoft Word. Footnotes should be designated by Roman alphabets and the corresponding footnote should be placed at the bottom of the page where it is referenced.

·         In text references

(Author’s Surname(s), year: page number(s)).

Example: (Stepanian, 2005: 10-21).

·         End text references (Reference list)

Reference list should be placed at the end of paper. References should be arranged in alphabetical order of autors (reference list in cirylic alphabet first).

Font size: 12.

Text alignment: justified.

1 spaced lines.

Examples:

Books:

SURNAME, INITIALS. (YEAR of publication): Title. Place of Publication: Publisher.

Example:

POZUELO YVANCOS, J.M. Poética de la ficción. Madrid: Síntesis, 1993.

Chapters from books:

SURNAME, INITIALS of the chapter’s author. (YEAR of publication): Chapter title. SURNAME, INITIALS of the book’s autor, editor, etc.: Book title. Place of Publication: Publisher. Page numbers.

Example:

SCHMIDT, S.J. (1978), La comunicación literaria. MAYORAL, J.A. (ed.), Pragmática de la comunicación literaria, Madrid: Arco/Libros, pp. 195-212.

Journal articles:

SURNAME, INITIALS. (YEAR of publication): Title, Journal name, number of the journal, page numbers (pp.).

Example:

SONNENHAUSER B. (2010): The event structure of verbs of emotion in Russian, Russian Linguistics, 34 (3), pp. 331-353.

Documents from Internet:

SURNAME, INITIALS. (YEAR of publication): Title. URL (Date).

Example:

PEACE, R.A. (1987): Some Dostoyevskian Themes in the Work of Maksim Gorky. (15.03.2011).
