Wilderness Wood is a family-owned working woodland and collection of educational and craft enterprises ? our aim is to develop a cross-generational community of members to help us look after and improve the woods in exchange for:

? free access* to the woods any day of the week in daylight hours except during weddings (dates on website) or when requested by the owners

? 20% discount on Sleep in the Wilderness (wild camping or huts) ? hire of lower paddock, cook-house and meeting house for gatherings and

events ? these areas are only available for members to hire ? free cream-tea in the cafe for all the family (pre-booking essential) ? participation in member only celebrations, activities and groups e.g. Friday

Club, Roots and Wings, Mother's Fire, Bluebell and Winter Solstice Party, Stewardship Saturdays, working-in-the-wood days, AGM ? discounts on member-led activities at the woods (guided walks, arts and crafts workshops) ? first priority reservation and 10% discount on Cut-Your-Own Christmas Trees on October 26th and 27th 2019 ? 10% discount on Andrew Coates' Rustic Garden Furniture ? 20% discount for two children on one of Lucy's Little Forest School holiday activities (see website) ? use of spaces at the wood to sell arts and crafts products and run workshops, advertised on website, notice-boards and social media ? monthly e-mail newsletter and hard-copy of Wild Times 3 times a year

To become a member for the first time, please complete the Membership Application Form (available online or from the caf?). To renew your membership, contact emilyanddan@ for details of how to pay and any updates on your contact information and proposed contribution for the year. You will then receive the 2019/20 membership card which you should present to claim discounts etc as above.

This year membership contributions will help us look after the woodland and progress new projects ? see notice-boards for details and come along to the AGM to discuss priorities and new ideas.

Hadlow Down Parishioners and other Honorary Members (ie. ex-staff and old friends) are welcome to use the woods like other members. However, if you walk regularly in the woods and/or make other use of the woodland's facilities and activities, we would ask you to complete the Membership Application Form and make a financial contribution to help us look after and improve the woodland.
