Current QBP retailers, exhibitors and select guests that are 16+ are invited to attend. Violation ConsequencesQBP will take all appropriate action to ensure Frostbike 2021 is a safe and welcoming event for all participants. Participants asked to stop a behavior are expected to comply immediately. QBP reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to block/expel any Attendee from the event, without refund, for failure to comply with the Attendee Expectations and/or failure to comply with QBP direction. QBP also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to block/expel any Attendee from invitations to future QBP sponsored events for failure to comply with the Attendee Expectations and/or failure to comply with QBP direction. Product Embargo Nondisclosure NoticeIn consideration for being provided access to new, nonpublic products, Registrant agrees that Registrant will not photograph such products, take screen shots or screen grabs, publish any images or descriptions of such products, or otherwise disclose any information about those products in any media or to any third party.Registrant understands that all information marked as embargoed during Frostbike Business Summit concerning such product is CONFIDENTIAL and cannot be disclosed publicly or to any third parties without prior written permission of QBP or the product brand until the public launch date for each product. It is the responsibility of each brand to clearly indicate and label embargo/confidential product.Registrant therefore agrees that Registrant will honor the information embargo, and not disclose such confidential information publicly or privately to anyone prior to the product launch date.Photo/Video ReleaseRegistrant hereby irrevocably grants QBP the worldwide right and license to use their name and image for promotional purposes in any and all media whatsoever, including but not limited to print and internet advertising, during and after the Frostbike event. QBP will endeavor to ensure that all such advertising portrays the attendee in a positive way.LiabilityViews expressed by Frostbike Business Summit speakers are their own. QBP cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any presenter.
