GROWTH OPPORTUNITES: The company has recently decided to add a Realty Department and the Managing Broker will have oversight of its operations, including the recruitment and training of new realtors. Reporting to the Director/Owner, this company is looking for this position to grow and manage a team of one hundred realtors.

COMPANY PROFILE: Initially a construction and development firm, this company is creating a real estate brokerage to accommodate both growth and demand. Specializing in premium, single family homes and apartment buildings, they are well connected to both local stakeholders and overseas investors.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting directly to the Director/Owner, the Managing Broker's primary function will be to recruit and train new realtors. As part of the management team, the position will also entail:

Reviewing Account Receivables Responding to small claim actions Assisting realtors in contracts and sales transactions

REQUIREMENTS: The ideal Managing Broker will have experience building and managing a team. In addition:

Managing Broker's License Experience in month end reporting Professional communicator who can effectively network with various demographics Cantonese or Mandarin speaker, an asset
