Purpose:

To manage and co-ordinate all on-site sales and administration activities, to ensure that the customer experience is first class. Proactively monitor the progress of all plot sale positions, whilst directing and supporting the Sales Advisor and ensuring that our customers are kept up to date.

Function:

• Experience of Off Plan / pre-construction sales

• Guiding customers through the buying process from reservation to completion, guided by our ‘customer journey’ process

• Maintaining great relationships with solicitors and financial advisers to achieve results in a timely fashion

• Assisting customers with decisions on colour schemes / kitchen / bathroom options etc

• Meeting and greeting potential purchasers

• Demonstrating new homes

• Reporting on sales against targets to the Field Sales Manager

• Recording visitors and producing visitor reports

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors to site

• Receive telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate information, taking all details and diarising a call back

• Maintain weekly contact with existing customers on all aspects of the process

• Receive complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them

• Liaise with the Field Sales Manager to understand targets

• Understand all possible funding schemes available to buyers and current legislation

• Sell the benefits of, and advise customers to use the company recommended solicitor and IFA

• Monitor all plot progress towards CML inspection and completion dates

• Maintain show home/arena presentation, Cleanliness

• Ensure that personal presentation is professional and of the highest standard

• Be aware of options and extra choices available, and assist customers where necessary

• Hold and minute weekly meetings with the Site Manager to monitor build progress

• To manage the sales process of Woodhead homes

• Implement the strategic sales plan for the sale of homes

• Working from onsite Sales offices dealing with potential customers

• Supporting the Field Sales manager and the marketing team in implementing the marketing strategy

• Full product and extras / upgrades understanding to incorporate into sales process

• Take responsibility for developing new leads for potential customers and continuing to maintain the database

• To take responsibility for a consistent and appropriate means of contact with existing and potential customers

• Maintain good communication and ongoing updates for customers on the build progress of their property

• Responsible for understanding and forecasting Help to buy sales

• Responsible for providing data to the Field Sales Manager to enable weekly and monthly reporting

• Responsible for sales tracking and reporting

• Promote the Company’s values at all times

• To demonstrate and maintain great team work and excellent communication
