Slide 6 - Enhancements Overview

[pic]

Slide notes

Sales representatives want to spend their time selling rather than building presentations. Finding the right content for the presentation based on a particular opportunity is a big problem for them.

Based on a recent survey of 416 sales professionals from US companies:

33% frequently can’t find the sales material they need

28% say their company’s content is not organized

41% have out-of-date content, AND

- 51% spend time modifying existing content

- Discover presentations and slides by content, owner or filename

There is also a way to administer content centrally.

Slide 8 - Discover Content

[pic]

Slide notes

You can discover content by searching for presentations and slides.

Searching for content is easy, flexible and powerful.

You can search using any text that is contained within the slides themselves, and in the notes to the slides as well.

You can also search for content by owner name or file name.

Finally, wildcard search is supported and the search results depict both the cover pages of presentations as well as the particular slides in which the search returns a hit.

Slide 12 - Build New Presentation using Cart

[pic]

Slide notes

The cart feature of Sales Lightbox allows you to save useful slides for building a new presentation. You can add a complete presentation to the cart or individual slides.

In the cart, you can build an entirely new presentation by re-ordering the slides and deleting the ones that are not needed for the final presentation.

When the final set of slides is ready, you can download it from the cart to the desktop as a presentation. Once downloaded to your computer, you can then make any further edits on your desktop.

You can also clear the cart and start all over again.

Slide 14 - Share Presentation

[pic]

Slide notes

Using Sales Lightbox, you can share a presentation with a named user of the Sales Cloud with or without ownership.

When you share a presentation with ownership, the second user can update the presentation or delete it from Sales Lightbox. Sharing with ownership also allows the second user to share the presentation with ownership with a third user.

Sharing without ownership allows others to view the presentation and share with other users without ownership.

You can also link the presentation as an attachment to an opportunity or customer record. Of course, this is subject to the opportunities and customers that you have access rights to in the Oracle Sales Cloud.

Slide 15 - Share Presentation

[pic]

Slide notes

The ability to share allows you to collaborate with your sales team on a presentation. You can decide whether ownership is necessary depending on the type of collaboration you need.

Attaching the presentation to opportunity and customer records provides visibility to all the other sales reps who have access to that record.

This sharing model allows you to integrate presentations with opportunities, customers, and other sales representatives and creates a positive-value feedback loop where using the presentation creates additional value, and additional value drives increased use.
