Here's a look at the Total Rewards available to you at McKesson.

Health & Wellness

If you work 30 or more hours a week, you're eligible for health and wellness benefits starting on the first of the month following your hire date.

Medical The HSA and HSA Plus plans are our primary medical plans. Each plan offers:

? A health savings account (HSA) to help you pay for eligible expenses

? Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage

? 100% coverage for network preventive care

? Coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums that limit how much you have to pay per year

Dental Take care of your smile with dental coverage. You can choose between three Cigna Dental plans -- the PPO, PPO Plus and DHMO plans. The first two are Preferred Provider Organization plans, and the last one is a Health Maintenance Organization plan. All three plans provide 100% coverage for preventive care.

Vision Take care of your eyes with Vision Service Plan (VSP) coverage. You have two plans to choose from -- VSP and VSP Plus. The VSP Plus plan has lower copays, a higher allowance for frames and contacts, and a higher monthly premium.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Set aside before-tax dollars to pay for many of your healthcare and dependent care expenses.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Find help with anything from managing stress to legal assistance or referrals for home repairs. Services are confidential and free to you, your household members, and your dependents up to age 26 who live outside your home.

Life and Accident Insurance You automatically have $50,000 in basic life and $50,000 in accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) benefits at no cost to you. You can buy additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, as well as your dependents.

Disability Protect your pay with short term disability (STD) insurance, automatically provided at no cost to you. STD begins on the eighth day of disability and can continue for up to 26 weeks, as long as your disability continues. The benefit amount is equal to a percentage of your earnings before your disability, minus earnings from other income.

You can also enroll in long term disability (LTD) coverage. You pay 30% of the cost and McKesson pays the other 70% for LTD coverage. The coverage pays up to 60% of your covered salary (up to a maximum monthly benefit of $25,000) if you're disabled for more than 26 weeks.

Financial Wellness

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Save for your future with McKesson's 401(k) plan. If you're a regular employee working at least 20 hours each week, you're eligible to participate on the first of the month following two months of service. If you're a casual employee, you're eligible on the first of the month after one year of service with at least 1,000 hours worked during that year.

When you're eligible to participate, you'll automatically be enrolled and start contributing 5% of your eligible pay into the plan on a before-tax basis. You can change your contribution amount and switch to Roth and/or traditional after-tax contributions at any time. For before-tax and Roth contributions, McKesson matches the first 3% of your contributions at 100% and the next 2% of your contributions at 50% -- up to 4% of your eligible pay. McKesson doesn't match contributions of more than 5% of your pay, catch-up contributions or after-tax contributions. McKesson may, in its discretion, reduce or suspend the match at any time and for any reason with 30 days notice.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Buy shares of McKesson stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions. You're eligible if you've worked at McKesson for 60 days before an offering period starts and are regularly scheduled to work more than 20 hours per week for more than five months per year.

Additional Benefits

Adoption Assistance Get reimbursed up to $5,000 for adoption-related fees each time you adopt.

Commuter Program Set aside before-tax dollars to pay for transit passes and parking fees.

Wellness Resources Join our voluntary wellness program, powered by Vitality to help you reach your goals and earn savings on your McKesson medical premiums.

Paid Holidays You get 12 paid holidays per year. These are a combination of fixed and floating holidays, depending on when holidays fall. A holiday schedule is published before each calendar year starts.

Parental Leave Take time off from work to bond with your child after his or her birth or adoption. You can take up to six weeks of leave as a primary caregiver, and up to two weeks of leave as a secondary caregiver.

Matching Gifts Program The Matching Gifts Program is sponsored by the McKesson Foundation to support your community involvement. Every time you donate to a charity of your choice, McKesson matches your eligible donations dollar for dollar, up to $2,500 a year.

McKesson Volunteer Program Receive grants for your favorite nonprofit organizations by volunteering your time. Eligibility and grant amounts depend on how many hours you volunteer.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Use your PTO hours as needed for vacation, sick and/or personal time. The number of PTO hours you get depends on how long you've worked at McKesson, as shown in the table below. You start earning PTO with your first full paycheck.

Scholarships Get help paying for your child's education. Each year, the McKesson Foundation awards 160 scholarships to employees' children through Scholarship America and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

Support for Learning and Developmental Disabilities The McKesson HSA and HSA Plus medical plans provide benefits for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. If your child is on the autism spectrum, consider the HSA or HSA Plus plan to get this support.

Whether you have McKesson medical coverage or not, you have access to Rethink Benefits. Rethink provides free, web-based learning, support and care coordination for parents and caregivers of children and adults with learning, social or behavioral differences.

Educational Assistance Further your career through education. You can receive up to $5,250 per calendar year in financial aid toward eligible courses.
