Satisfactory Completion of PIP

Your performance has improved to a satisfactory level of performance. However, should your performance fall to an unsatisfactory level during the one year period dating from October 23, 1998, the effective date of the PIP, appropriate action may be taken, up to and including proposing your removal from the Federal service. ................
