2. Select Blank Access Database

3. Create (Save) your database

4. Select ‘Create Table by Entering Data’

5. Double Click on the Field Box

6. Name the fields all the way across using the chart below- create at least 7 fields – use the fields in the sample below.

7. Insert data – make up your own

8. Search your database
