This makes me really sad to see because I know you're good

and kind, but you just haven't been showing it lately.

There's still time for you to make it onto The Nice List if you

work really hard to be kind to others and be on your best

behavior.

The elves will be checking in on you and reporting back to me.

I hope you get on The Nice List because I have a special gift

for you that I'm really excited to bring to your house on
