At the Orange County Convention Center, you'll find seven million square feet of combined meeting and public space in one of the most beautiful and entertaining places in the world--Orlando, Florida. With its two state-of-the-art buildings (The West and The North/South), this awardwinning facility offers an amazing 2.1 million square feet of total exhibition space and an awe-inspiring 1,500-foot open-air bridge with moving sidewalks connecting the two buildings. And despite its tremendous size, the Center is remarkably easy to get in and out of, with a total parking capacity of 8,227. With its distinctive architecture, tropical ambiance, variety of venues and tremendous flexibility, the Center offers a real Florida feel for all types and sizes of events. Plus, show management and exhibitor services, from catering to telecommunications, ensure that

every conference, trade show or meeting is polished and professional.

Naturally, this totally modern facility offers the most advanced technology, including wireless mobility throughout both buildings. And, when you're ready to take a break from business, you'll find theme parks, shopping, dining, nightlife, golfing and much more, just minutes away.

Adding to the convenience for attendees, exhibitors and planners are the more than 11,000 hotel rooms within walking distance. The Center's West Concourse offers direct access to the 1,641-room Peabody Orlando Hotel and the 1,334-room Rosen Centre Hotel via pedestrian bridges. The 1,400 room Hilton Orlando is also connected directly to the Center's South Concourse via pedestrian bridge.

With all these features, it's no surprise that the Orange County Convention Center is one of the top convention facilities in the country.

Since the first phase of the Orange County Convention Center's West Building opened in 1983, the Center has welcomed more than 15 million visitors. Over the last two decades, this building has gone through several expansions in order to accommodate the growing demands for conventions and tradeshows, yet it has always retained both the flavor and functionality of the original architecture and design. Today, this tech-marvel, designed to handle both mega shows and smaller events, offers every convenience you would expect from a world-class facility, including 1.1 million square feet of contiguous exhibition space, 49 meeting rooms, 141 breakouts, the 2,643-seat Chapin Theater, a 160-seat lecture hall and wireless mobility throughout the facility. A focal point of the West Building is the beautifully appointed Valencia Room, a 62,182 square foot multi-purpose dining and general session venue that can hold up to 6,000 people at one time. The facility's half mile of loading dock space, the largest in the country, is strategically located on one level.
