Bug fix: If a value is manually hand-entered into a datetime or datetime_seconds field on a survey or data entry form and if a leading zero is not included as part of the hour component in the time (e.g., 2015-01-31 9:45), then it would mistakenly not add the leading zero before saving the value, which could cause some sorting issues on reports ... ................
