Official Admission Requirements:?1.?????Undergraduate degree with a 2.75 grade point average.???If undergraduate grade point average is between 2.5 – 2.74, you may request?a meeting with the alternate coordinator to possibly start the program with less than a 2.75.?3.?????Praxis I (reading, writing, math), or ACT of 22 or better, SAT of 1100 or better, or a?master’s degree with a 3.0 GPA.4.?????Praxis II – content in the area of certification you wish to pursue.5.?????Complete admission to the university as a graduate non-degree student for alternate certification. You must apply as a?graduate non-degree?student for alternate certification.??? ?6.?????Meeting with the Alternate Certification Coordinator or Advisor.?ACT/SAT superscores cannot be used.?
