Flows rapidly declined at SBC-10, dropping to approximately 25 gpm by 1994. SBC-10 became inaccessible in 1995. Flow at SBC-9 declined gradually from 1995 to 1999 and was 55 gpm October 1999, just before the area was sealed in November 1999.
