Russell Dougherty and Clegern students will attend the middle schools within their homes’ boundary lines unless an older sibling qualifies them for any exception that may be allowed for families with students in more than one middle school. Again, a final decision on these kinds of exceptions will be presented at the Feb 22 board meeting. ................
