State, Local, and SD Taxes If you worked during 2012 tax year, you are required to file a State and Local Income Tax Returns after you have completed your Federal Income Tax Return. You can only file a State Tax Return AFTER you have completed your Federal Tax Return. If you completed the Federal form 1040NR-EZ, then you can complete the corresponding Ohio Individual Income Tax Return form IT-1040EZ or if you completed the Federal form 1040NR, then you can complete the corresponding Ohio Individual Income Tax Return form IT-1040.
