Capistrano Elementary
The Ysleta Independent School District began in the 1930’s with only one high school and a handful of middle school and elementary schools stretching out from the northeast through the east and southeast part of the city. The Ysleta Independent School District has grown into one of the major school districts in the state with nearly 50,000 students, 6000 administrators, teachers and staff with 58 campuses.
