School District of Philadelphia Step 2 is a question the employee must answer. The employee must select an option from the drop down and then click on the Confirm button. For an external applicant, Step 2 is not presented to the external applicant. External applicants have one less step which also means the step numbering moving forward would be one less for an external applicant versus for an employee (i.e. Step 3 for an employee is Step 2 for an external applicant).

After the employee selects an answer from the drop down and clicks the Confirm button, Step 3 and Step 4 will be presented to the employee.
