Having trouble logging in? Try the following at :

1. Your Username and Password are your PWCS network credentials. It's what you use to log in to your computer. For example, if your email address is StaffPW@pwcs.edu, the Username is staffpw. (Omit @pwcs.edu.)

2. If you try logging with Internet Explorer and get an "ACCESS DENIED" message,

a. Close all Internet Explorer windows, do NOT go to Public PWCS website, and enter .

b. OR open a page using Google Chrome and try again.

3. Still can't log in? Verify your PWCS credentials. If they don't work, you will need to reset your password using PWCS Password Self-Service Tool. ? School Staff: Contact your TSSPEC / ITC. ? Central Office: Contact Help Desk, 703.791.8826.
