The process for changing the Email Address associated with an account is dependent upon PALS User access: teacher, school, or division, and if the Email Address currently associated with the account is verified. All Users, save for PALS Division Representatives, can change the Email Address associated with their account. In this document, please look for the Page Header that describes your access, and the status of your Email Verification.
If you do not know the Email Address associated with your account, and you are a teacher, ask the principal or reading specialist at the school where you taught last school year. Either person has access to a report that lists last year's teachers and their email addresses.
If you do not know the Email Address associated with your account, and you have school access, ask your PALS Division Representative as the "Div Rep" has access to a report that lists the names and email addresses of anyone who had school access last school year. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, and you have division access, please email the PALS Office using your division email account.

2. Place your cursor on the yellow highlighted header, "ENTER SCORES AND VIEW REPORTS"; a drop-down list of login pages will appear. Click the first link, "K-3 Virginia Public Schools."
3. The page that appears is the K-3 Virginia Public Schools Login page. Log into your account using
the email address and password currently associated with your account.

4. On the page that appears is a message regarding email verification. The message contains an editable email address textbox. Update your email address on this page, and follow the instructions.

3. The page that appears is the K-3 Virginia Public Schools Login page. Log into your account using
the email address and password currently associated with your account.

4. In logging into your teacher account, you will be asked to UPDATE/CONFIRM your account information. All fields are editable. Therefore, you can update your email address on this page.
I am a a Teacher: My Current Email Address is Verified, and I Have Previously Logged into My Account This School Year
1. Go to the PALS website:
2. Place your cursor on the yellow highlighted header, "ENTER SCORES AND VIEW REPORTS"; a drop-down menu will appear. Click "K-3 Virginia Public Schools."
3. The page that appears is the K-3 Virginia Public Schools Login page. Log into your account using
the email address and password currently associated with your account.
4. You are now on your Home tab. Put your cursor on the Manage tab, and choose the My Account page. The page that appears contains information associated with your account, including your email address. All fields are editable. Therefore, you can update your email address on this page.
