Applications are being sought for the position of Technology Resource Assistant in the Twinsburg City School District. Successful candidate will be employed through the Educational Service Center of Summit County. The Twinsburg City School District employs approximately 475 staff members and has one high school, one middle school and three elementary schools. The school district is located in Summit County and is comprised of the City of Twinsburg, Village of Reminderville and Twinsburg Township.

Position Responsibilities:

The Technology Resource Assistant plans and implements learning strategies to enhance staff and student use of computer technology resources; promotes an effective learning environment; collaborates with teaching staff to plan effective lessons for technology integration and assists the classroom teacher in the computer lab when needed; other duties as assigned by the Director of Curriculum.

Training and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in the training and use of technology applications in an educational setting; high school diploma with post-secondary education preferred.

Salary and Contract:

Contract: 204 Days, 7.5-hours/day

Length: One-Year Contract, includes paid holidays

Salary Range: Salary Range: $24,325 - $25,573 (contingent upon experience)

Contract to Begin: August 12, 2014
