Procurement Title: Head Start/Early Head Start Services

The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) intends to conduct a procurement through the release of a solicitation seeking proposals from eligible high-quality early childhood education providers who are willing to collaborate with the DOE's Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE) to implement Head Start and/or Early Head Start services in alignment with the regulations and expectations of the Federal Office of Head Start.

Procurement Description:

Organizations that apply to this RFP will serve as delegate agencies to the DOE to deliver Head Start/Early Head Start services in their local community. Awards for these services are contingent on funding from the Office of Head Start.

Proposals received in response to this RFP will be evaluated based on criteria that will be outlined in the solicitation.

The value of this procurement will be dependent on the number of proposals received and awarded.
