Table of Contents
Content: This page provides the reader with a list of the different parts of the projectand the page number on which each section can be found. You should complete this after you have typed your paper. I suggest inserting a table to line everything up keep it organized.
Statement of Purpose
Content: State the purpose of your project in the form of a question. What question were you trying to answer? This is your BIG QUESTION.
Hypothesis
Content: You had to have a hypothesis before you started your project. This is an educated guess about what you think will occur as a result of completing your project.
Research
Content: This is the part that will contain any background information you used to form your hypothesis. This should be a summary in your own words and should have been included in your research plan.
Materials
Content: This is a list of all materials used in your project. Quantities and amounts of each should be listed. You can often use a bulleted list for this.
Procedure
Content: You will list and describe the steps you took to complete the project. Usually this is listed in numbered sequence. This part shows the steps of your project so that another person could do your project.
Observation and Results
Content: In this sections, you will tell what you learned from the project. It is also IMPORTANT to include all graphs, charts or pictures that help you show your results.

Conclusion
Content: This is a brief statement explaining why your project turned out the way it did. You should explain why the events you observed occurred. Using the word “because” is a good way to turn an observation into a conclusion. The conclusion should tell whether the hypothesis was proven or not proven. Also, give the reasons why you chose to learn more about this subject. You could also add what you know now That you didn’t know before you completed your project.
