ALL Students Must Bring the Following to Enroll:

? Signed letter on school letterhead listing the courses needed; if the student needs to enroll in Algebra I, Geometry or Algebra II, the school letter must include the student's State ID Number (SIN)

? At least two (2) of the following to verify parent/guardian residency: utility bill (no cell phone bills), lease agreement, bank statement, pay stub/letter from employer, driver's license, federal/state agency-issued document

SUMMER PROGRAM INFORMATION Student may enroll in a maximum of two (2) courses.

2019 CREDIT RECOVERY COURSES Algebra I & II, Advanced Algebra w/Financial Applications, Anatomy and Physiology, Art I through III, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Economics, English I through IV, Environmental Science, ESL I through IV, Financial Literacy, Forensic Science, French I & II, Geometry, Health I through IV, Office Systems Technology I, Physical Education I through IV, Physics, PreCalculus, Probability and Statistics, Sociology, Spanish I & II, U.S. History I & II, World History/Cultures

2019 PARCC TESTING 9th, 10th and 11th grade students registered for Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II must take the PARCC during summer school

Students Enrolling in a Math Course must ALSO bring the following:

? PARCC Individualized Score Reports (ISRs)

? State ID Number (SID)

2019 SUMMER SCHOOL DATES July 1st - August 2nd
